I help organisations turn good intentions into systems that actually run. Currently Projects and Organisational Coordinator at Nuoret Kotkat, running grant systems, stakeholder coordination, and regional administration for Savo. Previously elected Vice President of IFM-SEI during the 2023 governance crisis, and Senior Resolution Generalist at IKEA through two years of high-volume claims. On the side, I build Impact Node (operator-led studio) and four internal ventures. Native Finnish, professionally fluent English. BBA Data Analytics in progress at Xamk.

    Projects and Organisational Coordinator · Nuoret Kotkat

    Full-cycle grant operations (STEA, municipal). Stakeholder coordination across Eastern Finland. End-to-end regional administration and bookkeeping in Savo: payroll, financial reporting, audit prep. Building AI-assisted drafting into the administrative backbone without losing the strategic narrative that wins funding.

    Produced 20+ leadership camps and training events per year for 500+ young people. Dual-track: program design + regional administration and bookkeeping. Built repeatable production templates that standardised quality across program types. Promoted to Coordinator in 2026.

    Vice President · IFM-SEI (elected)

    Elected at the 2023 Extraordinary Congress after the Secretary General removal and mass Presidium resignation. Chaired Presidium meetings. Zero-based budget protocols during economic crisis. Reactivated regional secretariat functions across five global regions. Diplomatic work with AJYAL, NOAL, and Hashomer Hazhair through the Willy Brandt Centre Jerusalem.

    Entry point into the federation during its Centenary year and the escalating governance crisis. Operational backbone: event logistics, grant applications, communications overhaul. Mapped the systemic failures that later became my restructuring strategy as VP.
